We have adopted a
Strategic Plan for 2018-2021 that sets the course for our Office for the next three years and beyond. It will help guide our priorities and align our activities.
Our strategic plan identifies three key priorities and the means by which we will achieve them:
- Build and improve communications and outreach processes
- Modernize technology and information management structures
- Maintain operational excellence
This plan is a living document and may be subject to change to allow the Office to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.
Progress against our strategic plan will be continually monitored and will be reported on in future annual reports to Parliament.
