Members of the House of Commons can submit their public declarations under the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons to the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner electronically, using a secure and convenient online portal. They can also use the portal to approve the disclosure summaries prepared by the Office as part of the initial compliance process.

The Office provides Members with login information and assistance on an individual and confidential basis, as needed. If you do not have or do not remember your login information and wish to submit a declaration, please contact your advisor in the Office.
If you are not a Member of the House of Commons or a minister or parliamentary secretary, you cannot access the Declaration Portal.
