Declaration Portal

​Reporting public office holders can submit their public declarations under the Conflict of Interest Act to the Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner electronically, using a secure and convenient online portal. They can also use the portal to approve the summary statements prepared by the Office as part of the initial compliance process.

The Office provides reporting public office holders with login information and assistance on an individual and confidential basis, as needed. If you do not have or remember your login information and wish to submit a declaration, please contact your advisor in the Office.

If you are not a reporting public office holder, you cannot access the Declaration Portal.
